The Wolf Woman’s Candor by LindaAnn LoSchiavo

Nonet: The Wolf Woman’s Candor

“What would I do without the moral compass of a teenage werewolf?”
— Magic Burns” by Ilona Andrews [Ace, 2008]

Old feature films directed by men
Tie werewolfery to a bite
From creatures cursed to shape shift.
I won’t apologize.
Without permission,
Power prowled, clawed
Itself out.
Hear me
Howl.
